We were so very happy with our, and Murphy's, experience at VSGA. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. Dr Stacy was so amazing with Murphy and made a quick diagnosis. We were so relieved he wouldn't need surgery, she took care of his problem easily and offered follow up care. Can't say enough about our positive experience with the entire staff.

Great first visit at the facility. It's new and modern and I encourage you to look at the pictures on their website. They have a surgery room the envy of human hospitals. They were able to see us within 15 mins of calling. Dr Sepulveda let me sit in while he did the ultrasound and explained everything as he went. He was very thorough and then followed it up with the report and images which arrived an hour later. Unfortunately my little boy has to have his spleen removed and I don't think there is a better hospital to do the surgery. They also have walk-in emergency which is great as the other emergency in the area is often a few hours wait. Dr MacDougall performed the Splenectomy. She called right after the procedure to give me a thorough update. It went very well and the procedure was much quicker than expected as they use the latest and best equipment like the Ligasure. We picked Hugo up the next day and he was way brighter than expected. Another big advantage of having Dr MacDougall and VSGA do the procedure is that they have 24/7 monitoring unlike vets, so if you get your local vet to do procedures and your pet needs to stay overnight, you will likely have to have to transfer to an emergency hospital. It's now fingers crossed for good news from the biopsy. Big thanks to Dr MacDougall and her fantastic team! 10 Stars from me!

Dr. Stacy Andrew and team is amazing!!! I visited another specialist who was quick to recommend surgery…..expensive surgery. Dr Andrew held a treatment course instead and Babies eyes have stayed consistent vs getting worse. They give options, are honest and incredibly trustworthy. I would take all my babies here and go with whatever course of treatment was recommended after my visit and interactions. Dr Andrew is the best!!

Dr. Alan Cross at Veterinary Specialists of Greater Atlanta is amazing. He was so patient with me, took time to answer all my questions, and showed real care with my spicy, hissing cat. His background and experience are impressive (read his bio on their website), but what stood out most to me was his compassion. When you’re stressed and trying to find the right specialist for your pet, that combination of skill and kindness is everything.

We were referred to VSGA for a second opinion and consult regarding the removal of a non-malignant tumor growing from our 12-year-old Golden Retriever's eyelid. Dr. Stacy Andrew fully empathized with our concerns over any surgical procedure that would require sedation for our mature pup. To our pleasant surprise, after examination, Dr. Andrew determined that the tumor could be safely and thoroughly removed without sedation and thus without potential for post-surgery complications. An added bonus was that she performed the procedure during that same initial visit. Less than an hour after our appointment time, we were on our way home with a very happy dog. The recovery process in the following days was minimal, and we noticed no after-effects nor discomfort. We cannot thank Dr. Andrew and the VSGA staff enough for their care of our beloved family member. We will highly recommend them to our other pet parent friends.

My dog Rio tore his cruciate ligaments in his left knee and due to the nature of his bone structure, he had to see a "Special" Specialist to undergo a CCWO procedure instead of the typical TPLO. Dr. Cross is that Special Specialist in more ways than one. He is not only one of the best orthopedic veterinary specialists in the country, but his bedside manner is just as fantastic. My dog is not the best patient, he is terrified of being examined, which translates to fear aggression, but Dr. Cross and all of his staff were wonderful at working with him. He is 3 days post surgery and doing great! The facility is beautiful and every single staff member we spoke to was friendly, energetic, and seemed to enjoy their job. Shout out to Jessica for remembering me and my previous dog, Bimini, from many years ago at another vet. It was a nice, happy surprise that she popped into our room to meet Rio and say hello! That is the kind of love and attention nervous pet parents need. I can't say enough good things about VSGA.

Love, love, love the practice. We didn’t even ask but they had us with our pup the whole time during the ultrasound. Very courteous staff and practitioners. No wait and a thorough, yet understandable explanation during the whole thing process. Highly recommend this group!

We were referred to this emergency vet clinic by our primary vet after our dog Sully needed more extensive care. The doctors and their team were absolutely amazing! They kept us up to date with every step. Great communication between each doctor and staff member. The practice is clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything VSGA!

Thank you VSGA for giving Milo his sight back! When our sweet dog Milo suddenly lost his vision due to diabetes-related cataracts, it was truly heartbreaking. He was disoriented and anxious. He looked lost and it was painful to watch. After a lot of searching, we found VSGA, and we’re so thankful we did. From day one, Dr. Andrew and Angela were compassionate and thorough. They patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many!) without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. While cataract surgery isn’t cheap, VSGA offered the most reasonable pricing we found. To find such a combination of expertise, compassion, and fair pricing is nothing short of remarkable. The surgery was a success. Milo can SEE again! Watching him enthusiastically and confidently trot around brings our household so much joy. His smile is back and so is ours. 🙂
